We are a busy designing, renovating and running a 45 acre winery/farm in Fort Lupton Colorado, a while bring parents to our three kids! Sunday Dinner
Sunday Dinner is a long standing tradition in the Caruso & Rowzee households. We have cooked for our family and friends every Sunday for years. It is a tradition that we took over from our parents and grand parents. Sometimes it is gourmet and sometime it is just a well made burger! Regardless, it is about the connection we are able to make when we sit around a dinner table!

Creating Salt & Acres has been a dream of Justin and I for as long as we have been married (actually probably since we started dating). When the property came on the market, we knew immediately that this is the opportunity that we had been praying and hoping for!

Watching Prosper Fields Bloom at Salt & Acres
Growing a beautiful flower from a seed to a bouquet has been a dream of mine. I've never had a green thumb...and I still do not- but I have an amazing sis-in-law Jess and I have been able to have a front seat in the journey to growing roots in the soil! These beautiful blooms have been the centerpiece of so many special events and have brought so much joy to those that get to experience them. At Prosper Fields, our greatest value lies not just in the cut flowers we grow, but in the deep roots we've established and the vibrant relationships we've nurtured.
Through our shared passion and love for flowers, we celebrate the beauty around us and embark on this new journey together.
